Zoltan Vardy is a business growth mentor with 30 years of global corporate and entrepreneurial experience who helps B2B startup founders scale their business internationally by applying his 9-step business development framework called ‘The Launch Code.’

Zoltan spent 20 years as a senior media executive, and 10 years as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He has experienced both corporate comforts and entrepreneurial uncertainties, and knows the thrill and challenges of creating “something from nothing” first-hand.

Zoltan created ‘The Launch Code,’ a 9-step business development framework that helps B2B technology startups boost their revenues by adapting corporate planning, sales and management techniques to a startup environment. He has accelerated the revenue growth of hundreds of startups in agtech, medtech, AI, business services, and media by introducing them to ‘The Launch Code’ via 1-on-1 mentoring and group workshops.

Zoltan was formerly Senior Vice President at NBCUniversal International, and a regional CEO at Germany’s ProSiebenSat1 Media, managing over a thousand employees and hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. He has a unique insight into international business built over a distinguished career in senior management based in New York, Budapest, London, and Los Angeles.

As an entrepreneur, investor and advisor, Zoltan has helped launch a dozen successful international media, technology and professional services businesses including eEuropeMedia, Brainient and Antavo.

He shares his knowledge and insights via ‘The Launch Code’ blog, and the ‘L(a)unch Stories’ startup podcast to help entrepreneurs experience the personal satisfaction and rewards of building a successful global business. He also supports the growth of a vibrant European startup ecosystem by partnering with accelerators and spreading the values of entrepreneurship at conferences and events.

Zoltan has a multi-cultural background. He was born and raised in the United States, graduated from Cornell University, and spent his youth travelling across Europe. He divides his time between London and Budapest, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He likes to test his personal limits by training for and participating in the Spartan Race obstacle course races.
