I am a highly motivated mass spectrometry specialist with several years of experience in biotech industry. For the four years I was responsible for development and conduction of various ADME assays such as (in vivo PK, Caco-2, drug metabolism studies, DDI studies). Since 2014 I’ve been involved in development, qualification and performance of mass spectrometry based characterization of biopharmaceuticals. This includes such assays like: intact and semi-intact mass analysis, sequencing, determination of site specific PTM’s.
On the basis of my work lays strong biological background (biochemistry, physiology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics) and technical knowledge and experience (HPLC, various types of mass spectrometers, ionization modes, MS/MS, MSE, SWATH, advanced processing software: Waters, Sciex, ProteinMetrics, Statistica, GraphpadPrizm, MS Excel – expert level).
