I am specialising in real estate law, M&A (private market) and corporate law.
I am advising on joint venture transactions, mergers, asset, enterprise and share sales in particular but not only in the field of real estate (which is my main specialisation).
In terms of real estate I advised among other Strabag and Immobel with respect to several acquisitions and sales and I was working with CPI Property Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of retail centers; this transaction was granted the Investment Deal €20-50 Million Award at 8th CEE Investment Awards, organized by Europa Property.
I advised on the purchase of luxury yachts (in particular, deals with Italian shipyards related to M/Y Jurata, M/Y Gatto, M/Y Flying Dagger). In enterprise deals, I advised on Polimex Mostostal S.A. sale of three production facilities (sale of an organised part of an enterprise).
I also represented lessors in the commercialisation of class A office buildings and logistics centres – I worked among others for Europolis (CA IMMO), Kulczyk-Silverstein, Immobel Group.
