I have complex experience in various areas. I’​ ve worked for big corporations with complicated structures focused on profit in the saturated markets. I engage myself in small business and startups which I try to help and also learn from them on how to be successful as a beginner. For the last 3 years, I have run the foundation which offers digital education for two groups: working adults in the Digital University program and kids in DigiKids program. I try to give my own example mostly to the women who want to hold senior positions in big companies and those who want to be entrepreneurs or start the foundations. I am an authentic person with an open mind and open heart. I have an understanding of how the nonprofit world in Poland looks like and what it needs to scale up.
I am a speaker at conferences, blogger, and mentor to many organizations offering my support as a mentor or volunteer: Vital Voices, Girls go startup academy, WAWAC Accelerating program, Startup Weekend Warsaw, Technology in a skirt. I co-organize weekends for startups, hackathons, seminars and conferences. I was a host committee member of Global Summit of Women in Poland.
