I have worked in occupational health and safety industry for a decade and today I work to bring more simplicity and innovation to the industry. I help companies to build logical and simple systems to ensure a safer workplace and compliance.

My understanding of health and safety is, that it doesn’t matter how many reports and papers you can create. The actual situation in the working environment and employee engagement matters.

In Estonia, I have consulted and worked with literally hundreds of companies in different industries. Also founded an NGO to contribute to awareness-raising in occupational health and safety.

My aim is to show that health and safety is important because the health of your employees is important.
My mission is to make workplace health and safety “sexy”.
