Member of the Management Board of Fiserv in Poland since 2004, responsible for managing the company’s strategic clients in the EMEA region and President of the Board of the Vital Voices Poland Foundation.

In 2015, she participated in the Fortune Most Powerful Woman / US State Department program for future global business leaders. In 2016, she was ranked among the Top 10 Women in Technology in EMEA by the Banking Technology Awards in London. In May 2021, she was distinguished in the Top 10 „Women in PayTech” ranking in London by Fintech Futures. Member of the Vital Voices 100 Group (VV100) – 100 global leaders of the Vital Voices Global Partnership. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Vital Voices Europe in London, England.
