Important is to always keep the bigger picture in mind; work hard/smart so that individual setbacks are not a return to square one, stay positive. You will realize the general progression is forward. Choose organization that will support you in this test, trial mode and assist you with reaching THE PURPOSE.

Many of us have definition where we want to go, what we want to reach, what we want to do. The challenge is that each has unique set of skills, strengths and more importantly surrounding where we develop previously stated. There is no workbook which will determine you need to take this and that role, take that class, obtain this certificate. This is for each one of us test, trial mode which is often set with obstacles, failures we have to go through.
