Applied improvisation workshops have a dual nature. On the one hand, we implement simple improv exercises that rely on the cooperation and spontaneity of the participants. On the other hand, it is through these that we identify the patterns of our thinking and performance. After each activity, we discuss what we have experienced, draw conclusions and- translate them into business practice. Thanks to such a structure, the classes are developmental and full of reflection, and at the same time pleasant and fun in their form.

The workshop will be led by Łukasz Ławiczak – applied improv trainer from I’MPRO IMPRO – an organization helping teams and managers to operate more effectively in a changing and uncertain world through improvisation.
