In this session, we’re diving deep into how Employer Branding and Recruitment are totally connected, and why founders should care about those topics from the early stages. During the session, we’ll engage in a brief exercise tailored for founders to practice their elevator pitches, focusing on both people and mission-oriented narratives.

We’ve got two interactive workshops planned too. First up, we’re going to break down the art of recruitment – how to define roles, map out those skills you’re looking for, and even pick the perfect interview questions. Then, in the second workshop, we’re getting into Employer Branding and helping them to draft a roadmap that suits their immediate needs based on our score system.
