12years in #Media / #Advertising / #MediaResearch – went through the whole path, from trainee to Managing Director.

During my career, I was responsible for #B2B #Sales:
1)Various #web #Saas #monitoring-tools & #adserving solutions
2) Dedicated #advertising #campaigns #monitoring-tools
3) #GemiusPBI #research #results
4) #Distributed #filesystem used in #storage
…as well as for the co-op & #relationship #management with both #PBI and #whole #PL #media #market, in order to facilitate the sales of Gemius products and to be able to introduce new standards of measurement in #media.
Later in #mycareer, because of the natural grow & development of #GemiusPolska and the #Team I was #responsible for, I had the opportunity to expand my #knowledge about #teammanagement, #project & #product #management (#Agile #Scrum #SAAS).
Later on, #tech #novelties & #innovative #vision of Marcin Pery, #CEO Gemius SA, pushed me towards leaving the “Internet Pond” and allowed me to go “#beyond”, enlarging my #insight about #Radio & #TV #content #measurement, as well as #advertising #ecosystem of #InternetRadioTV via #singlesource #methodology created by Gemius.
During my career in Media/Media Research sector I have met #countless #amazing #people, on #alllevels of #companyStructures and was involved in management of various #projects, #teams, #departments, #pipelines & p&l’s 🙂

After spending last 15 years in a very fast paced and demanding enviroments I had to take a #break and focus more on my #health and #wellbeing.
I dedicated a lot of time for #selfdevelopment, pursued various #passions, learned quite a bit about #blockchain, #nft, #metaverse, focused more on #sports and basically tried to find out what brings #joy, #happiness and #fullfilment to my life 😊
As a by-product of above, I also #grew my #connections peer-network and was involved in various #probono #initiatives.
During 2022 I was bitten by the bug of #entrepreneurship, joined a #startup #accelerator programme and fall in love with amazing startup / founding enviroment & community, recently becomming an #Ambassador of Venture Cafe Warsaw Foundation / Cambridge Innovation Centre.
