  • Bad Multitasking: THE Enemy of Execution — by Marek Kowalczyk. 30 slots available - please register here.

It’s Friday, 7:15pm. You’re tired but still stuck at your desk trying to catch up with several overdue projects and going through a heap of emails. Just when you think you are ready to call it a day, PING! A long-awaited message arrives — it’s a green light for an important new project. The deadline is of course ASAP, so work must start immediately. The plan to go home is already ruined, as well as your intention to complete outstanding projects. You reluctantly reply that you will take care of this project first thing on Monday. You were almost caught up — and you failed again. You are wondering whether to stay in the office or take work home to go over it during the weekend.

Sounds familiar? Welcome to the world of bad multitasking (zławiel)!

Steve Jobs once said, “To me, ideas are worth nothing unless executed.” So, during the workshop we will:

  • understand why bad multitasking is THE enemy of execution,
  • identify the causes of bad multitasking,
  • discover a robust and easy to implement a solution.

Time permitting, you will start to implement the solution in your current reality.

If no English speakers are in attendance, the workshop will be conducted in Polish.

* TBA = To be announced (7 days before the event on the website)
