Our mission is connecting innovators to make things happen! Innovations are not created in isolation and their implementation requires social trust. Face-to-face interaction is the key to opening Warsaw's potential and to connecting forces of over 750+ organizations dealing with the innovation sector in Warsaw.

The Thursday Gathering is the platform for innovators - a central innovation community event in Warsaw organized with passion by Venture Cafe Foundation and the community. Participation is free and open to all members of the innovation community who have ideas, talent, resources and passion to engage and contribute.

Between May 2019 and April 2020, on each last Thursday of the month, hundreds of amazing innovators and curious doers from Warsaw’s community will gather to enjoy, connect, engage and learn from each other.
From May 2020, we are starting a weekly program and we will be meeting at District Hall Warsaw.

For every gathering, we are preparing more than 15 interesting elements on the agenda to enjoy, connect, engage and learn from each other.

On the 26th of September, we celebrate the European Day of Languages.

Throughout Europe, 800 million Europeans are represented in the Council of Europe's 47 member states and all are encouraged to discover more languages at any age, as part of or alongside their studies. This stems from the Council of Europe’s conviction that linguistic diversity is a tool for achieving greater intercultural understanding and a key element in the rich cultural heritage of our continent.

    How do you experience a cross-cultural encounter?

    Maybe you work in the international environment. Maybe you plan to live and work abroad and you would like to prepare yourself for a culture shock. Maybe you just came to Poland and you would like to know more about cultural differences? Or maybe you want to develop your intercultural awareness?

    No matter the reason, you are invited to a short workshop on cross-cultural competence.

    The workshop aims to define, what cross-cultural competence is and how you can develop it on your own. We will dive into the definition of culture. We will focus on the outcomes of cross-cultural encounter. Finally, we will set the directions for cross-cultural self-development. Feel invited!

How to make a positive impact through employees engagement in social projects?

In this workshop, the National President of JCI Poland, Joanna Mamczur, will guide you through the possibilities of employees engagement in the context of the Global Goals of Sustainable Development of the United Nations. It is as a tool for implementing CSR policies in your company through the HR activities. In the workshop, you will focus on the social impact projects based on the case study of the volunteering teaching program of Speak for Your Future (also referred to as Speak4Future or S4F -

is a program aimed at bridging the gap between the artists and the innovation community. 

Warsaw Gallery Weekend is an annual festival of contemporary art put together by private galleries around the city. The extensive program of exhibitions and special events reflects the most exciting currents in the Warsaw art scene today over three activity-packed days. Free entry for all exhibitions and events.

Drawing, comics, animation. In his art, he acts as a self-appointed futurologist and documentalist of the artworld. Using the stylistics of cartoons, he preserves the works of other artists – both existing and invented. His humorous and ironic drawings are a quick register of mundane events. The artist treats these situational records as a manner of absorbing reality, a form of reflection and commentary thereon. He also pushes the boundaries of the media used, making animations.
